The Temple Atlas: five temples on a painted map of Thailand, from the river gate at Naga to the summit at Garuda
Pai, Thailand

Forge Your Path

Traditional Muay Thai, written down. The first level is free.

No card. No account to begin. The first level of five.

Why this matters

The old Muay Thai is not written down.

It is carried — by krus who learned it from their krus, in gyms that mostly do not write anything down. When a gym closes, what it knew closes with it. So we are writing it down.

This is how we are doing it

We wrote it down. Then we gave it away.

35 lessons, free

The full Naga level: the stance, the teep, the shin block, the Wai Kru, and why any of it exists.

Study anywhere

Read it on a phone in any country, in English or Thai. Start the first six lessons without an account.

The certificate is earned in Thailand

Nothing online awards a certificate. When you're ready, a kru signs off every skill in person.

The study is yours from anywhere. The certificate is earned on the mats.

Naga · Phayra Nak · Singha · Hanuman · Garuda

Five levels, five guardians.

The ladder

Five levels, Naga to Garuda

Each level is named for a Thai guardian creature and builds on the last. You progress at your own pace — with a minimum wait between levels so every certificate reflects real time on the mats.

Lotta- Switzerland

Seeking a change from my routine and embarking on my first international trip, I found more than just a gym in Pai – I found a family. After a month of immersive training, I returned to Switzerland and won my first Muay Thai fight! This gym became my home away from home, a place for wellness, training, and happiness.

When you're ready

Thinking of coming to Pai?

Pai is a mountain town in Mae Hong Son with a small, serious Muay Thai scene. The certificate is earned on real mats — here's what to know before you pick a gym.

The mountain isn't going anywhere. Begin where you are.
